This project was commissioned by musician Moving Point. The artist have expressed his wants for this song to “succeed” due to its special meaning for him, but did not give me any creative input. I interpreted his meaning for “success“ as the amount of viewership basing on his past work and online behavior, and set out to create a video that features a detailed animated character.

Using the program live2D, I was able to create a really in-depth rigging system that allows accurate lip-sync including the teeth and tongue positions.

While it is a bit of an over-kill considering our non-existent production value and target audiences (teenagers aging 12~17). I am still happy that I choose to create this. It had been a very good learning experience.
